A call for godly business leadership In light of the many corporate scandals that have plagued our society and played out in the media in recent years, we sense a move of the Spirit of God to usher in a new breed of business leader. Those who have a heart to serve God and a passion for entrepreneurship [Luke 2:49 NKJV].
We believe business is a God-ordained institution [Genesis 1:26-28 NLT] that was intended to reflect the character of God while being productive in the elements of this world. God is the ultimate businessman because everything that He created, He created with the ability to be productive and then to reproduce that productivity. This is what business is all about. Business is that realm where man's productivity meets God's character.
Our goal as born-again, Spirit-filled and Spirit-led business leaders is to create businesses that serve stakeholders with the highest degree of integrity, excellence in product and service quality, financial and legal accountability, and at the same time generate consistent profitable results. We commit our businesses to serve as a conduit to forward the good works of the Gospel by being a tangible representation of Christ in the marketplace and to provide financial resources to forward the sharing of the Good News [Matthew 5:16 , Ephesians 2:10]. All these goals are made possible by learning and applying the principles of the Kingdom of God to our businesses.
Godly leadership is needed to reclaim lost trust, to bring new hope in the business marketplace and to provide the one thing that the world is missing, a recreated spirit that is in tune with the plans of God. God is seeking men and women to be a light to the lost through their character and conduct as they occupy and do business. We have a great opportunity to reap a harvest by fulfilling the Great Commission of Christ [Matthew 28:18-20 NLT] through the very examples of our lives and our business.
All that is needed for success in business and in life can be found through a committed relationship with Jesus Christ [Learn More ...].
