Andrew Bryan Burnett

Mr. Burnett has over 15 years experience in general business management, financial advisory and venture capital services to emerging companies. He has advised companies in several industries including consumer electronics, specialty retailing, radio broadcasting, franchise development, consumer information services, magazine publishing and wireless telecommunications. Formerly, Mr. Burnett was Managing Director of Eltekon Business Services, a firm founded by NFL player Troy Vincent that provided advisory services to early-stage entrepreneurial ventures. Mr. Burnett has held executive-level positions in several of the companies he has advised including: Chief Operating Officer of a commercial printing firm, Chief Information Officer for a database marketing company and CEO of a start-up urban marketing concern.
Mr. Burnett holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Syracuse University and a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Management and Marketing from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Burnett is an adjunct lecturer at Baruch College and York College of the City University of New York in the areas of business ethics, entrepreneurial management, and marketing. Mr. Burnett has served on the Board of Advisors of the L.C. Smith College of Engineering and Computer Science at Syracuse University. Mr. Burnett is a member of Truth Center Ministries International in Roslyn, New York. |

Mr. Sheffield brings a diverse entrepreneurial background of recruiting, building and motivating solid teams in the industry of sales and marketing of apparel, nutritional, telecommunication products and services. Prior to joining MFB Advisors, Mr. Sheffield served as Director of Minority Business Development for Eltekon Business Services. He served as client relations, created new pipeline of early stage ventures, shared Eltekon core products with potential prospects and developed strategic partnership in the minority and emerging markets. Mr. Sheffield spent over 10years in the insurance industry negotiating claims with Attorneys and Consumers for Allstate Insurance, Computer Science Corporation and Insurance Overloads Systems. Mr. Sheffield served as Operations Manager for Women Next.com and Next Zone Magazine the official magazine of the New York Liberty (WNBA).
Mr. Sheffield is the Founder and Visionary of Two Fish Music Group a spiritual based music company formed to develop Minstrels and Psalmist for the kingdom of God.
His community interests include serving as Co-founder of Zion Fellowship Ministries, The Joshua Foundation, and DADS for Education. Mr. Sheffield received a BBA in Business Administration from Bloomfield College. He resides in Morrisville, PA with his wife, LaTrina and son Joshua.
